At North End Nursery, we believe that parents and carers are vital partners in a child’s learning journey. When families are involved, children thrive developing confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning. Our nursery is here to support the whole family, not just the child, providing guidance, resources, and a welcoming community where everyone feels valued and included.

We provide many ways for parents to be actively involved in their child’s learning and nursery life:

Regular Communication: Daily updates, newsletters, and open discussions with staff

Parent Meetings and Workshops: Sharing insights, learning strategies, and development guidance

Family Events: Celebrations, storytelling sessions, and interactive learning experiences, Stay and play sessions

Collaborative Learning: Encouraging parents to contribute ideas, resources, and home-based activities

Parents’ Committee: A dedicated group for parents to get actively involved and share feedback

How We Promote Parent Involvement
